About HMS

Hebron Middle School serves students in grades 6-8. Since 2012, HMS has been awarded the designation of a “School to Watch” by the National Forum for Middle Grades Reform. Our focus on academic excellence, social equity, and developmental responsiveness drives the day to day schedule as well as student programs both during and outside of school hours.

Experiential Learning

HMS Teachers utilize experiential learning by designing engaging activities that encourage students to actively participate in their education. Through hands-on projects, real-world applications, and collaborative problem-solving, students gain a deeper understanding of concepts and develop essential skills for future success.

Student Leadership

Hebron Middle School cultivates student leadership through programs that empower students within their school and community. Student organizations and clubs encourage peer mentoring while fostering responsibility, collaboration, and communication skills. Additionally, initiatives involving elementary students allow older students to serve as role models, bridging the gap between grade levels and building a supportive school community.
